Sun's Back!
One of the things I love about where I live is that there isn’t much winter. In fact, after waaaay too much rain, the sun came back with a vengence. Doesn’t even feel like winter. The good news is that means people are back on their boats, and that means I’ve been busy again, and THAT means I can afford to get Ella want I want to get her for Valentine’s Day. I’d tell you but just in case she reads this, I don’t want to spoil the surprise. Meanwhile, I’ve been thinking more and more about taking this from a one-person operation to an actual business. I mean, working on the boats is great and all, but it would be even better to manage crews instead. I need to find a person who knows a lot about business to run some ideas by. Ella says I should talk to her dad, but I want to do this on my own. Check out that linked site above, and this find person one as well. Good stuff on both. I think the hardest part of my business idea is getting reliable people to work for me. Ella sent me this article on finding people like you that she thought might help. I’m thinking I may be actually be able to pull this off…I’ll keep you updated. I guess the big issue is, do I really want to be serious about all this, or keep the lackadaisical lifestyle I’m used to? The longer I’m with Ella though, the more serious I want to take things…meh.
